System integrations
We connect the systems you already use: CRM, ERP, DATEV and more.
Your AI application only unfolds its value in interplay with your existing systems. We ensure clean, maintainable integrations, with no isolated silos.
What does system integration mean with us, and what does it not?
It means your systems finally talk to each other, not that another tool arrives that your team ignores. We put the AI where your data already sits, and connect existing systems instead of building a parallel silo.
Which systems do we connect?
We connect the systems SMEs actually run, including DATEV, SAP Business One, Sage, Lexware and Lexoffice, sevDesk, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and Weclapp. Your industry-specific system can be connected too, wherever an interface exists or can be built cleanly.
How do I get my DATEV data connected cleanly?
DATEV is not a single connection but a set of distinct interfaces, such as the invoice data service, the payroll data service, and the B2B APIs, each with its own format and authentication. We pick the right interface for your use case and connect it so documents and data land in DATEV cleanly and traceably, instead of going through an error-prone intermediate export.
Rent an iPaaS or own the integration: what is cheaper over time?
An iPaaS service like Zapier or Make is quick to set up, but it costs monthly, grows with your volume, and ties you to the provider. Your own integration is built once, hosted self-hosted, and you only pay for hosting, with no licence per connection. For a permanent, business-critical data flow, the integration you own is usually the calmer and cheaper long-term choice.
What have we already connected?
We build integrations for concrete workflows. Three examples from practice:
- Invoices from Drive to Sheets: read via OCR and entered in a structured way, with no manual input. View the case study
- Shipping labels straight from the DHL API: print-ready for DE, AT, and CH, with no manual work in the portal. View the case study
- From WooCommerce to email campaign: order, OCR check, and Constant Contact delivery in one chained workflow. View the case study
Do I keep the code, or am I tied to the provider?
The code is yours. Your existing systems stay, we connect them instead of replacing them. The integration runs self-hosted, is documented and maintainable, so it is still understandable a year from now. Because you own the code, you stay independent and can adjust the connection later or have someone else maintain it.
How does an integration project run?
Every project follows three steps, so you get clarity on value and cost early:
- Potential analysis: we map your data flows and clarify which connection delivers the biggest lever. More on the potential analysis
- Implementation at a fixed price: you get a binding offer for a clearly defined integration, cleanly documented.
- Operation and further development: on request, we monitor and maintain the connection and adjust it when a system changes. More on operation
Is it GDPR and GoBD compliant?
Because the integration runs self-hosted, you keep control over your data, which makes GDPR-compliant use easier. Where possible we only read instead of duplicating data, and for accounting-related workflows we ensure a traceable, GoBD-compliant filing.
