The challenge
Valuable knowledge often lives only in the heads of individual employees. When that person leaves, the knowledge leaves with them. Writing classic documentation is tedious, and it goes stale faster than anyone can maintain it.
Our solution
One click starts the recording: CogniClone captures screen and voice while a task is actually being done. From that single recording, an AI pipeline built on Whisper and GPT-4o produces two things:
- a clear step-by-step guide as a PDF,
- a structured knowledge file that AI assistants can use as context.
A chatbot answers questions straight from that knowledge, with sources. Audio and screenshots stay local until you release them. Hosting is in Germany.
The result
