AI potential analysis
We find where software delivers the biggest leverage for you, before a single line of code is written.
In a compact assessment we review your processes and data and show concretely which application pays off first. A clear roadmap instead of gut feeling.
What is an AI potential analysis, and what do you get in the end?
We look at your processes and data and check where software delivers the biggest lever. In the end you hold a concrete roadmap: a prioritised list of possible applications, a realistic assessment of effort and value, and clear quick wins. The result is yours, even if you do not continue with us afterwards.
Where is AI really worth it in your company, and where not?
AI is worth it where a task occurs often, follows clear rules, and costs time or errors today. Where decisions need genuine judgement or a process is rare, we say so honestly instead of selling you something. The need is real: according to KfW, around 20 percent of SMEs use AI, but many do not know where best to start. That is exactly the question this analysis answers.
How does the analysis run, and how long does it take?
We start with a short conversation, look at your most important processes and data, and rank the options by value and effort. It is a compact assessment, not a months-long consulting project, so you have a solid basis quickly.
What does the potential analysis cost, and why is it not free?
We work at a fixed price. Many providers lure you with a free analysis whose real goal is selling the follow-on project. A paid, independent analysis instead gives you an honest assessment, even when the best recommendation is not to automate somewhere yet.
What happens after the analysis, and am I committed to anything?
Nothing commits you to continue. The potential analysis stands on its own, and you then decide freely whether and how to proceed. If you do implement, it is self-hosted and at a fixed price, with the code and data owned by you.
Why an independent analysis instead of a tool vendor?
We do not sell a particular platform, so we do not recommend the solution we earn the most on. Because we work self-hosted and vendor-independent, your roadmap says what delivers the most for you, not what fits a vendor’s stack.
Which companies is this useful for, and what data do you need?
The analysis is useful wherever you want to use AI but are not sure where to start. You do not need perfectly prepared data: we work with what is there and tell you where a better data basis pays off first.
